I hope these recipes will inspire you to take Cookie Day next level. The recipe can be multiplied by how ever many batches you can squeeze into your mixing bowl. A stand mixer can usually accommodate 5 batches at once.
If mixing multiple batches, of different variations, omit the instant pudding powder and baking powder, then once the initial dough is mixed, equally weigh it out by the amount of batches you mixed. This way, you only need to add the instant pudding powder, baking powder and any extra variation ingredients to the dough… it makes it super simple & easy!
